A skilled sonographer for 20 years – Victoria was never wrong about a baby’s gender.
The repetitive nature of that work eventually caused injury, which led her to getting a degree in counseling. Dissatisfied with her own results, she studied resonance re-patterning with Chloe Wordsworth.
Re-patterning deals with the frequencies – formerly,”vibes” – as a way of identifying underlying patterns of thought that become self-defeating.
She has now been in her profession for over 25 years, a testament to the validity of her work. She’s written seven books, the first of which (an Amazon best-seller) leads the reader through the re-patterning process that she would guide them through.
Behavior, in the Host’s opinion, is more physics than psychology. Touch a hot stove, for example, and a message is immediately transmitted, at a frequency far faster than thought. That’s REACTION. On the other end of the spectrum, RESPONSE comes after thought sometimes after considerable thought, which often results in what some call “analysis paralysis”. Over time, each of us develops such patterns in our thinking.
REFLEX lives between the two, and as any athlete (physical or mental) can tell you, reflexes are the result of training. Mentally re-patterning one’s thought process, training the mind so that what might appear to some as reaction, and others as instantaneous response, becomes automatic.
Each of these, across the spectra, emits certain frequencies (what make an EEG possible).
Discovering how patterns in thinking evolved is the key to re-patterning those thought frequencies through a variety of means (called “modalities”), often using one or more of “the five senses”.
