The Phoenix Network - Small Business Marketing That Works
The Parties to this Contract and Comprehensive Release, The Phoenix Network, LP, (hereinafter “The Phoenix Network” or “TPN”), and ____________________________, (hereinafter “Guest” and/or “Venue Guest”; or “Client”), for the purposes of successfully producing the 3-phase MEDIA EVENT described on our Home Page, and pursuant to the Terms herein, Agree as follows:

The Phoenix Network will:

  1. provide all equipment required for
    1. the internet radio webcast;
    2. digitally capture, produce and distribute1 a "mini-documentary" video of You, telling Your Story; and
    3. social media mentions
  2. starting 1 week prior to webcast; ten minutes each to “tell your story” on a live internet radio webcast;
  3. two (2) in-show 30 second commercials;
  4. a pre-interview mention;
  5. simultaneous podcast worldwide (archived for future listening);
  6. video capture – with your interview “tactically” uploaded to the Show’s and the Sponsor’s
    1. YouTube channels,
    2. Daily Motion,
    3. Metacafe, to
    4. Vimeo,
  7. and to the Show’s and the Sponsor’s websites (4, total) (and provided to you for upload to your own online video channel and website(s) at your option);
  8. post-interview video production will include up to five (5) “photo cutaways” (on-screen photo with interview “voiceover”) at your option);
  9. "before and after" promotion (advertising) through
    1. Facebook
    2. LinkedIn
    3. Twitter
    4. Instagram, and
    5. Pinterest,
    including post-upload “micro spots” (6 - 10 second (avg) excerpts of your Story video) with links to the video channels.

If you’re the Venue Guest, you agree to be onsite at the Venue no less than 2 hours prior to webcast time. Guests agree to be at the Venue no less than 30 minutes prior to webcast time.

You, in order to deliver your story to reap the greatest reward, will:

  1. Co-operate with the Production Team as often as necessary to discuss story elements, and to provide your business history, your biography, any photo material you want included in the final video (up to four (4) photos included at no additional charge).
    1. At the webcast, we’ll talk about your business. What you do, where, when.
    2. Next, you will tell the audience about yourself and (if you’re comfortable) your family (and any off-screen partner(s)).
    3. Then Host will lead you into how you decided to go into this business.
      1. Was it Vision?
      2. Did you set out on a Mission?
      3. Is there a reason you chose this particular business, like
      4. experience?
      5. Education?
      6. Inspiration?
  2. We’ll ask you to
    1. describe obstacle(s) you encountered, and
    2. how you overcome the obstacle(s),
    to “resolve” your story with where you are today.
  3. We’ll finish up with
    1. offer(s) you want make to listeners, viewers. followers;
    2. explain the value; and
    3. provide them with address, phone, website, and social media.

Promoting media events is vital, and the Parties mutually agree to advertise and market the event, to include inviting the public to attend the live webcast & videoing of the Story sessions. Venues and Guests grant an unconditional, exclusive release to The Phoenix Network, LP; Elemex Corp., GP, to publish Guest’s name, business name(s), trade name(s), trademark(s), business address(es), business telephone and mobile numbers, website information, and business email address(es), to any and all forms of media, whether available now or at any time in the future.

The fee is $ 250.00 for Guest Appearances; $ 295.00 for Venue Guests;
payable through PayPal (below).

This Agreement is deemed Executed upon payment.

Guest: $ 250.00

Venue Guest: $ 295.00
